Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time:

  • All orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • During peak periods, there may be slight delays in shipment. In such cases, we will notify you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times vary by location:
    • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days ($25 charge)

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
  • Tracking information will typically become active within 24 hours.

Damages:

  • Popejoy Music Center is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
  • If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Ensure to retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for the claims process.

International Shipping Policy:

  • At present, we do not offer international shipping services. We ship exclusively within the U.S.
