Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time:
- All orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- During peak periods, there may be slight delays in shipment. In such cases, we will notify you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Estimated delivery times vary by location:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days ($25 charge)
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
- Tracking information will typically become active within 24 hours.
Damages:
- Popejoy Music Center is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
- If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Ensure to retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for the claims process.
International Shipping Policy:
- At present, we do not offer international shipping services. We ship exclusively within the U.S.
