Returns:
You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an unused item in its original condition and packaging. Please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Restocking Fee:
We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
Return Shipping:
There are no costs for return shipping. We aim to make your returns as hassle-free as possible.
How to Return:
You can return the product in-store or by mail. For in-store returns, bring the item and your proof of purchase to our store at 1710 Wabash Ave, Terre Haute, IN 47807. To return by mail, follow the instructions below to obtain a return label.
Return Label:
Download and print the return label from our website. Instructions for preparing and sending your return will be provided with the return label.
Refunds:
Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of its status. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the credit to reflect, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Exchanges:
